The Governors seek to appoint a committed, experienced and enthusiastic teacher with senior leadership experience to cover a maternity leave in our inclusive and thriving school.

Applicants will need to provide leadership of a high quality in the academic, pastoral and management fields and be able to show evidence of the successful implementation of change.

CHJS can offer the successful candidate:
• enthusiastic and well motivated pupils;
• a dedicated and well established teaching team;
• a committed governing body;
• support from local and national leadership networks;
• the opportunity to further develop leadership experience and skills in a different context (including the opportunity for collaborative work with the substantive post holder prior to the post commencing)
