Required for September 2021

Due to the promotion of existing post holders and recent restructuring, the Headteacher, Leadership Team and Governors are seeking to appoint highly motivated individuals. We are looking for teachers who have an outstanding track record of teaching and raising standards, to lead in the further development of this very successful school.

Successful candidates will be members of an ambitious leadership group that has a clear focus on the next stage of development for the school. They will play an important role in shaping and developing the curriculum across school. We are a modern school with a proven history of professional development, leading to promotion and successful career progression. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring or existing leaders to take the next step in their leadership career development.

Applicants for the post should :-

• Be an inspirational practitioner and excellent teacher, with excellent inter-personal skills.
• Be up-to-date with current practices and developments within education.
• Have experience in promoting the professional development of staff.
• Ideally have experience of teaching across more than one key stage.
• Have a history of successful behaviour management.
• Have a minimum of 4yrs recent teaching experience in primary schools.
• Have proven experience of successfully leading and managing in the primary sector.
• Be motivated to engage in further professional development and training.
• Be committed to further developing leadership skills and potential
