The governors of this successful, happy school wish to appoint an excellent deputy headteacher to join our enthusiastic and committed team.
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic teacher who:
- is passionate about teaching and children’s learning
- has high expectations and experience of raising standards and aspirations for all pupils at a senior management level
- has an excellent working knowledge of the primary curriculum, its leadership and implementation and a demonstrable ability to evaluate its impact on our children
- has experience of leading and managing teams
- has a track record of appropriate professional development and actively participates in a range of professional networks, including those influenced by current research
- is willing to participate fully in the life of the school.
